dOnuTs ...

Wah! so gebuzz.. This time i'm using with a different recipe. Thx mama to share and really love it.

Ingredients :
1 medium sized potato ~ cleaned
1 cup lukewarm water
5 g instant yeast
1/3 cup cooking oil
1/3 cup lukewarm water
1/4 tin condensed milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
500g flour

Oil for frying

Method :

1. Boil potato till soft. Place the boiled potato with 1 cup of lukewarm water in a food processor. Puree.
2. Mix together instant yeast, sugar, 1/3 cup lukewarm water, cooking oil, condensed milk, salt and potato puree.
3. Add flour a bit at a time and rub using your fingers.
4. Add in the remaining flour, a little at a time till a soft dough is formed. (Note : The softer the dough, the softer the donut produced)
5. Take a bit of dough and make into small balls. Arrange on a tray sprinkled with a bit of flour. Leave to proof till double the size.
6. Heat oil in a pan. Make a hole in the middle of the dough and fry till golden brown.
7. Coat with castor sugar and ready to serve.



Errmm so yummy.. An-Nisa mmg suka mkn donut.. so lepas jerk goreng trus dia cukai satu.. x pe.. aku suka janji mkn.. tgk la bdn dia.. gebuzz gak cam donut.. hahaha..









kUiH LoMpAnG (kOsUi)

Resepi nie di ambil dr dapur Kak Miza. Thx kak coz share this recipe. Sy just c&p jerk.. halal ek..

Bahan-bahan :
* 500 g tepung beras
* 1 sudu besar tepung jagung
* 600ml air
* 1/2 sudu besar kapur makan
* secubit garam
* 280 g gula melaka
* 155 g gula perang
* 125 g gula pasir
* daun pandan
* 250 g kelapa parut

Cara :
1. Satukan air, gula melaka, gula perang, gula pasir, daun pandan dan garam.
Jerangkan di atas api yang kecil & kacau hingga semua gula-gula itu hancur.
Besarkan api & didihkan hingga menjadi pekat.
2. Padamkan api dan tapis. Birakan sejuk.
3. Masukkan campuran gula melaka tadi ke dalam adunan tepung ubi dan tepung jagung. Kacau rata hingga supaya tidak berketul-ketul.
4. Tapiskan dalam ke dalam acuan yang telah dihangatkan. Kukus hingga masak.
5. Rendam acuan-acuan itu dalam air sejuk untuk menyejukkan. Keluarkan dari acuan & golek-golekkan dalam kelapa parut. (Saya x rendam tp kuarkan dr acuan selepas masak & letak kelapa sedikit diatas)..
