8" cheese cake plain with almond nuts ordered by Abg Radhi. This is a pure cheese cake without add in any flour. So need more patient to transfer into cake board.. All in my family really loved it especially my twins.. errmmmm.. so yuuummmyy.. u don't believe it.. try it!..

25pcs vanilla cupcakes ordered by my elder son for makan-makan. Arrrghhh.. nape plak kemalasan melanda nk wat BC nie.. Hah! apa lg.. bohong sunat je la.. hehehe..cian dia kan.. x pe la.. bkn selalu .. hehehe.. tgk muka dia yg monyok tu aku letak kan chocolate rice sebagai pengganti BC.. sib baik dia suka..huhuhu.. so layan gambar je la ek..

Kuih Bakar is also known as Kuih Kemboja. Eating Kuih Bakar is like eating Kaya (egg custard) in a slice, it is sweet but not as rich.
Kuih Bakar is traditionally baked in a flower mould. Lacking one, I replaced it with a square pan. (Nie sume keje malas la.. hehehe)
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups of sugar
2 cups of flour
1 cup of pandan juice (6 pandan leaves + 1 cup of water - blended and sieved)
2 1/4 cups of coconut milk
4 large eggs
2 tbsp of melted butter
1 tsp of pandan paste
1 tbsp of sesame seeds (optional)
Method
1- Pre-heat oven to 325 degree F and greased a 8" x 8" square baking pan.
2- Mix all the above ingredients except sesame seeds until well combined.
3- Pour mixture into baking pan and sprinkle with some sesame seeds and bake until

25pcs Order from adik Syida. Katanya nk celebrate birthday yg ke 12 di Sekolah and no color& theme request.. So aku plan wat garden theme in simple deco.. hehehe.. In garden theme included red mushroom, catterpillar with daisy flower, ladybird with leaf & Beehive. Sorry adik Syida coz akak tersalah tulis nama "Shida" sepatutnya "Syida".. Kalau sedap promote kt kengkawan tau & order lg thn depan. Anyway Happy Birthday 2u sis & good luck for this year UPSR.

Resepi ni saya ambil dr dapur kak An. Thanks kak An.. kuih nie mmg peberet ank saya & lg pun senang sgt buat cuma bab melapis je yg leceh ckt coz kena tunggu.. hehehehe.. Apa lg.. rugi tau kalau tak cuba..
Bahan-bahan: (hidangan untuk 5 orang)
1 cawan tepung beras
2 cawan santan sederhana pekat (caranya-campurkan 1 cawan santan pekat dengan 1 cawan air)
2 sudu besar tepung gandum
2 sudu besar tepung jagung
1/2 cawan gula pasir- boleh kurangkan 1 sudu besar jika ingin kurang manis
1/4 sud teh garam
sedikit pewarna merah & perisa ros (Sy tambah perasa vanilla pd lapisan putih)
Cara membuatnya:
1. Panaskan pengukus dan sediakan loyang berukuran 7 inci. Masukkan santan ke dalam periuk. Panaskan sebentar biar jadi suam-suam kuku. Tutup api.
2. Masukkan tepung beras, tepung gandum, tepung jagung, gula dan garam ke dalam mangkuk. Masukkan santan. Gaul rata hingga tidak berbintil.
3. Bahagikan adunan kepada 2 bahagian. (adunan ini menghasilkan lebih kurang 600ml bater) bahagi kepada 300 ml +/- setiap satu. Warnakan satu bahagian dengan warna merah dan letakkan perisa ros.
4. Masukkan loyang ke dalam kukusan. Tuang 100 ml adunan tanpa warna ke dalam loyang. Kukus selama 5 minit dengan api kuat. setelah lapisan pertama masak, tuang 100ml adunan merah. Kukus lagi. Ulang proses hingga habis 6 lapisan dengan diakhiri dengan lapisan merah. K.An tambah sedikit lagi pewarna merah untuk lapisan akhir agar warnanya lebih menyerlah.
